Milk mass flow meter directly measures the "Mass" of the Medium with high accuracy based on the Coriolis Principle (Coriolis Force). The accuracy would not be affected by any factors like the temperature, pressure, density, viscosity,etc. And the compensation calculation is not required. The Coriolis Mass Flow Meter consists of two parts: the Sensor and the Transmitter. The Corioils Mass Flow Meter is designed and produced based on the national standard of explosion- proof standards.
Principles of Measurement
Coriolis mass flowmeter, referred to as Coriolis force flowmeter, is a device that directly measures mass flow by using the Coriolis force principle that is proportional to mass flow when fluid flows in the vibrating pipe. It is composed of flow detection components and converters. Coriolis mass flowmeter realizes the direct measurement of mass flow, with high precision, can measure multiple media and multiple process parameters, widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

Conditions required of installation
To guarantee the accuracy, conditions required when installation should be met, because the mass flow meter is a high precision instrument:
(1) The sensor (primary meter) and the transmitter (secondary meter) do not install in strong magnetic interferential area. Or, measuring signals would be disturbed, and debase the accuracy;
(2) There is must not any other vibrator on line installed the sensor (primary meter);
(3) If install outside of door, PLS pay attention circumstance temperature not to exceed the range of meter, and should consider to build a weatherproof shield to avoid blowing and drenching, for increasing lifetime of flow meter.
(4) The transmitter (secondary meter) of essential safety should mount in safety area or appropriate control room.
